Returns and refunds

For return requests, email info@akaciya.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with its packaging and any supplied accessories where reasonably available. Opening packaging only to inspect the item does not automatically prevent a return if the product remains unused.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order. Include photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs for a confirmed issue caused by us or the delivery. Your rights for faulty goods are not restricted by the change-of-mind conditions.

Return process and costs

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return delivery cost. The original delivery charge is not normally refunded for a voluntary return, except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are arranged within 5–10 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree a suitable refund method with you. Do not send payment details until we explain the refund process through our support channel.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it without a delivery charge. If already dispatched, we will explain the available return options and any applicable delivery costs.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Lebanese law.
